Sometimes I talk about death. I think it's because I'm afraid if it and would like to be prepared. I'm the kind of person who likes to be prepared. I don't like surprises. My best friend thinks that the way I talk is unhealthy. But this only happens when I'm feeling physically weak. I wish I would be able to overcome this so I can be normal. How do I start?

This is quite normal to think like this. Nobody is ever ready for death, so stop thinking that you will ever be ready for it. Instead of being ready just accept the fact that everybody has to face death no matter what. Just live your life to the fullest and never regret for things that are not in your control.
