Dear 'Emotional Issues' Thinking can be strenuous and you can feel sleepy due to exhaustion after using up energy thinking. I think you feel that you are overthinking, but I do not know whether it is true. Unless an issue of what you are overthinking about is mentioned it cannot be solved. Hi take sessions you need to work on your concerns,thoughts, emotion. Over thinking obviously drain your energy. Overthinking gives imbalance physically& psychologically.

Hi... I believe you're going through some psycho-social issues which is causing lack of concentration, overthinking, feeling drained, etc. I suggest you start counselling with a good Psychologist with whom you can share your concerns freely in a controlled and non-judgemental environment. It will help you develop insights and your inner conflicts that are causing you such problems will also find an exit.
