My embryo transfer was done.litlle bit bending at the time of wearing clothes or at the time of inserting vagina tablets and little bit of turning left right is fine na?will it effect implantation.please help.i am not able to avoid this.Also please tell me if i can eat besan ?

Avoid bending over as far as possible.
Avoid lifting heavy weights.
You can turn on left side or right side while taking rest.
You can eat besan.
