When i do push up or go gyming and lift weight my elbow will keep popping lighting the weight. But on normal basis it wouldn't pop only when I lift weight.

You have injured your selves .. it’s a kind of injury to your biceps muscle .. if you are having pain and instability while doing ex’s..
If you don’t have pain.. or instability.. the elbow popping is due to biceps muscles contracting..
