  4. Elbow movement problem. Also be helpful?

Elbow movement problem
My elbow joint has got excessive bone growth which is causing elbow being locked and unable to fold completely. Could you please suggest the possible remedy? Is surgery required to remove the excessive bone or some other treatment can also be helpful?
