Hello there Elbow is a notorious joint as many delicate structures pass through it....hence any rehabilition of elbow has to be done with upmost care. Also whr exactly the elbow joint were broken? What procedure was performed? How many days did you have the cast? Can you please share your pre n post op elbow xray/mri. Get back with proper answers to the above questions so that proper guidance regarding active rehabilition can be given. Regards
