Stiffness always takes place after immobilization. Muscles get tight with pain and lack of range of motion and sometimes swelling too. Vigorous Physiotherapy is required without any massage. 10 days are very less. Pain occurs during exercises but you will have bear it. It generally takes 6-8 weeks to recover completely
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist.. Wax therapy +Active+passive (light) +resisted exercises are very much important.
Health Tips
At home.. Hot water fomentation +full range movements +no weight lifting +no weight bearing on right hand/elbow /arm.

Totally agree with Dr Abhimanyu, It takes up to 3 weeks to get your movements back. Elbow massage must not be done.

Usually there is stiffness in the elbow following an dislocation. You have to start aggressive physiotherapy and no massage should be done of the elbow. Slowly the range of movement will increase. Since it's only 10 days I will not recommend any surgery for the same. A manipulation under anaesthesia can be tried but after a couple of weeks
