Egg is ruptured but no ovulation means?

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi , from past one month I was going under follicular study and I have done some scans and 12 th day my rt ovary follicular size is 25x20mm but egg was not released .i shot an HCG injection on 13 th day on 15 th day they written egg was reptured but no ovulation ... what does it mean??? please explain me clearly.
