Egg allergy
From past couple of years whenever I eat eggs i get stomachache. Though I have been eating eggs before without any problem. How to know if I am allergic to eggs and can it be reversed ?

Allergies Cannot be reversed. But it can be desensitized by some low dose stimulation method.
Although egg is nutritionally not beneficial.
Pulses proteins are best protein source.
Our body absorbs plant proteins much more and better way.
Our intestines are best happy with plant foods.
IBS CONSTIPATION and many digestive problems are aggrevated by animal foods.
