Egfr and serum creatin
Can the GFR and creatin improve with increased intake of water. In my case it is 55 and 1.21 respectively

No, not exactly. Creatinine can be controlled by focusing treatment on the etiology of the kidney disease. Discuss with your Nephrologist regarding quantity of your water intake. Too much of water, may cause harm to your kidney and less water may increase your creatinine. Take advice of your Nephrologist for amount of water you should have.
