Effusion in left lungs

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Have effusion in left lung, have already undergone x-ray n blood test by one of the doctor suggestion. But it doesn't worked at all. Please help me out. Is it a severe problem or have to undergo any treatment immediately. And what treatment it might be if I consult pulmonologist. Thanks in advance.

I'm a Pulmonologist. Effusion should be taken out and sent for investigation . It is serious condition , if u leave it , if it is tb effusion then it is a very serious condition
