Hi
Having raw protein for long periods of time can pose many health issues like stomach disturbance, electrolyte imbalance.
Normally in gyms the trainers will suggest drinking less water and fluid stating it will disturb muscle build up, it those situations it could lead to kidney and liver issues due to excess protein build up.
Tell me to be cautious while using the raw protein and bcaa.
