Respected sir,
My dermatologist told me that i have male pattern baldness but i don't feel like that.
The reason is in my family history..no one gone bald before 40's neither my paternal side or maternal side...
Even my maternal grandfather still has hair in the age of 70-75 years
I want to know that should i use minoxidil 5%
As recommended by doctor or not
Also if i dont have pattern baldness or genetic reason..should discontinuing minoxidil cause any complications?

Not like that..it will be in the genes...You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please send photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
