No.. treatment depends on the grade...You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please  send photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.

Please stop Finasteride Continue with minoxidil 5% application twice daily on dry scalp on affected areas for 4 months Tab. E- Clat H- once after dinner for four months( helps to make the hair root stronger) Can take a few sessions of PRP with stem cell rejuvenation for optimal results. We can maintain existing hair with this and reduce hair fall If there is a family history of baldness then after 35 yrs you may consider getting a hair transplant FUE technique Thanks

You may be suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts refeeding  from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. This may also be accompanied by severe dandruff. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is a lotion and tablets. There is no other alternative. No oil or cream will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised  and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects on the hair roots. Along with this, you can also consider platelet rich plasma therapy for faster results. Please contact me with photos using online consult option for proper examination and treatment. Do not start treatment without consulting

It take minimum 2-3 months to see results from minoxidil application. When you start application of minioxdl lotion you may see excess hair loss in starting stage . This hair loss is due to the hair growth activity stimulation by minoxidil. So dont stop minioxidil immediately use atleast for 3-4 months to see proper action.
Next Steps
before starting minoxidil know your cause for hair loss by your doctor
Health Tips
consulting hair doctor for proper line of treatment
