ED, Want to increase frequency of sex
Would like to ask advice about ED and sexual performance anxiety related questions. Want to improve sex life with spouse ( frequency, intensity of sex). I have been on Lithium and Thryroid medication for many years, so I want to also rule out if my ED and the resultant performance anxiety is physical ( due to the medication, low testesrone levels etc). My bipolar disorder is also a factor. I am very sexual ( masturabate frequently) but we are busy professionals, with a young kid, so sex has become low on our priority. My wife is unhappy with the frequency of sex and even I want yo have more sex ( like we used to in initial years of marriage)

Garlic, onions, spring onions and leeks all contain stuff that’s good for you. A study at the Child’s Health Institute in Cape Town found that eating raw garlic helped fight serious childhood infections. Heat destroys these properties, so eat yours raw, wash it down with fruit juice or, if you’re a sissy, have it in tablet form.
