Yes we surely can reverse ed but upto a certain extent keeping in mind all the parameters such as yr age, yr illness, the medication taken by you. It's a know fact that diabetes and hypertension both cause ed. But by keeping yr sugar under control and by changing the hypertension drugs to a better ones which doesn't have ed as one of its side effect will help. I would request you to go in for a online consultation with a certified competent experienced clinical sexologist who can work along side you to help you as much as it is permissible.

About 50% of all diabetics suffer from erectile dysfunction. There is no guarantee, but erectile dysfunction can improve significantly, provided diabetes is under very strict control. Most diabetic patients perceive moderately controlled diabetes as adequate. You can still opt for phosphodiesterase inhibitors like Viagra, however, assuming you are not suffering from ischemic heart disease. Good luck.
