Hi, I’ve been experiencing difficulty in maintaining an erection during penetration, and I often ejaculate earlier than I’d like to.
This issue has been affecting my sexual performance and causing some frustration. I’ve noticed that I am able to achieve an erection, but it doesn’t last long enough during intercourse.
Along with this, premature ejaculation is also a concern.
Could this be a result of stress, lifestyle factors, or an underlying medical issue? I’d appreciate any advice or potential treatment options to address these concerns.
