Eczema since childhood.

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am suffering from eczema since childhood, now i am 25 years old it is getting worst day by day. my doc prescribe me co aleva which is a steroids and cleans the skin within a day or two but the problem is when i finish having the dose for a week, my skin get worst again, so is there any other way i can keep my sin clear meaning without eczema because i hate it. it too itchy and get flaky. Any medicine that can be use for long term ?
