Hello Doctor,
I have been diagnosed with eczema on my right leg which itches any time of the day since 2011. The scratching has left dark patchy marks on my leg and the itching has never really stopped. It is dry eczema and I have no none allergens to anything. So I don't know what is causing this eczema. Only on my leg it is present. How can I cure it? Steroids and moisturizer are not helping.
Thanks and regards

It will be aggressive in winter months due to lack of humidity in the air .
