Eczema is getting worst and worst

Asked for Female, 35 Years

Since I arrive to Singapore every attack of eczema is getting more severe and coverInt larger parts of my skin than before. Steroids (pills, creams), allergy pills and other treatments does not seems to helping so I'm not sure what to do next. Also, I slept couple of hours this week so it's really affecting my mental state and overall life. Please help!! :-(
