Ectopic pregnancy
IUI happened on13 th Oct and on 1st Nov I got weakly positive pregnancy HCg 36 and on 7th HCg was 416, today (11 th) had a scan HCg 250 doctor said there is no sign of sac in uterus but there’s some appearances in tube ,she suggested to drop pregnancy for which I was given a dose of injection. Shall I take second opinion ? Have pain on right side

Since you already had taken the injection for ectopic pregnancy no need of second opinion.. Certain ectopic pregnancy resolve with medical treatment.. Sequential beta hcg tests have to be done to see that it has resolved

Take s second opinion regarding the scan findings for confirmation of ectopic. If the ectipic pregnancy falls under certain criteria, it can be managed medically with injections. Otherwise surgery.
