I consumed 2 unwanted 72 pills in the last 3 months. First on 10 feb and second on 25 march. My last normal period was on 12 April on 19 april my bf tried to penetrate but he couldn't. But my vagina came to the exposure of his precum or arousal fluid and he ejaculated outside. From 26 April I can see some traces of blood in my cervical fluid and from 29 April I got proper vaginal bleeding like a period with clots but it was lighter than usual. The bleeding was for 3 days and the next two days I could see spotting and some bleeding with clots. My next period date is on 26 may. But my previous date was on 9 may before this irregular bleeding. I googled the cause of vaginal bleeding and it showed ectopic pregnancy. I'm so worried and stressed I couldn't eat sleep or perform my day to day activities. Please suggest whether it could be ectopic pregnancy or any other reason.

If your periods have been regular in the past and this is the first time you have seen irregular bleeding then its best to get a urine pregnancy test done
The bleeding you had on 26th might not be your periods, hence to exclude other possibilities you need evaluation

Yes I regular bleeding is a symptom of an ectopic pregnancy
The diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is by an ultrasound
IrRegular bleeding is also because of the intake of emergency contraceptive pills
You can get an ultrasound done and be stress free
