Echogenic focus in left ventricle
During level 2 scan on 18 week 4d, there was a note echogenic focus in left ventricle. All other parameters/markers are normal. NT scan at 12w1d was normal(1:2113), Dual marker scan was moderate risk(1:253) and NIPT was negative (low risk). Can 'echogenic focus in left ventricle' lead to increased trisomy21 risk or any other possible issue. Pls suggest in case we need further evaluation for trisomy 21.

3chogenic focus in left ventricle is a minor marker for Down's syndrome. But in absence of other major markers, it actually doesn't hv any importance.
