I have moderate pain in ears with echo in ears. Heaviness is felt in ears as well head. Headache is also there and more problem is in right ear

History isn't enough.. need physical examination.as per your description it looks like otitis media of effusion+/-congestion in the ear drum.visit an ENT specialist.
