I am 37 and on amlong 5mg for 2 years, I have obesity and pcos and anxiety issues. Recently my doctor did ecg and Changed medicine to telvas 20. I am attaching ecg reports, he asked me to walk 20 minutes and take diet control.. Also I have varicose vein and family history of hypertension on my mother's side.. my mother passed away last year due to breast cancer and father passed away 2 years ago due to stroke.. can I do anything additional please guide thank you
