Hello, Your ECG shows right bundle branch block (RBBB) that is conduction problem in one of the electrical wiring of your heart. This can be a normal variant in many people. Can happen die to high lung pressures or due to some holes in heart. I need your detailed history to evaluate it. Consult online directly for further evaluation and management Take care
