Can one rely on ecg report , I heard tat ecg report n chest X-ray are not enough to rule out heart disease is this true??

Yes, Clinician has to do clinical examination, history & other blood tests like Trop I,CPK MB, serial ECG,TMT,ECHO to diagnose heart disease.
