  4. ECG is abnormal but 2d eco normal. Pain.

ECG is abnormal but 2d eco normal
My ecg is abnormal many times, chest & back pain continuously acidity is also there. Confused what to do next. Some time very high back pain near heart. Left side. Also left side leg pain. 8 days ago my left hand also feel some stress like pain.

You may get an echo and a CT coronary angiogram done to rule out coronary artery disease
