ECG interpretation
My father is 61 yrs old having symptoms of angina. The BP is 180/100. There is severe dislipidemia. Can someone please interpret the ECG and echo reports and tell if the condition I very serious and would require surgery. Can it be treated with medication?

For angina you need stress test or CT Angio or a direct Angio on merits that will decide need for surgery.

Hello,
Your ECG shows a Wallen Sign that means there is a high chance of having a heart attack in near future. With 61 age and high bp, high cholesterol, angina and this ecg, I suggest immediately get your coronary angiogram done
