I have heart pain from last 4 days. Pain in left hand and back also. My ecg report have negative T wave .I have heart pain from last 4 days. Pain in left hand and back also. My ecg report have negative T wave .

Just pain in left hand and back does not diagnose its cardiac pain, female of ur age generally don't get artery blockage heart pain at your age unless there is strong family history or long term diabetes. T wave inversion could be there normally in females ECG sometimes
