ECG and 2D Echo Report
Hello Sir/ Madam, The attached ECG and 2D echo was done as a general routine check up yesterday. There is no complaint of any pain or breathlessness during physical activity or at rest. Following are some more details of patient- Age-50 Other conditions- Sugar ( under medication) HBA1c is 6.3 No smoking or alcohol consumption

Your echo is normal but on ECG (especially in lead II) there appears to be some suggestion of short PR interval and features of pre excitation. So you should consult a cardiologist with these reports to rule out any abnormality.

Hello, your Echo and ECG reports are normal. ECG shows occassional VPCs (premature beat) which is acceptable and nothing of concern as it seems infrequent. Your HbA1C is also good. You can continue the medications and regular follow up and check ups as you have been doing.
