Hi Thanks for reaching out. Consult a psychologist and explain about craving for junk food. With a psychologist you can talk about how often you get cravings and how much of junk food you consume. You can control junk food craving and if you are looking to lead a healthy lifestyle do it with a calm state of mind. Do it for yourself. You can gradually work on leading a healthy lifestyle. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Feel comfortable in your skin. Eating the right food and doing physical activity is more important than body shape. It is also important to manage stress levels and feel calm. With a psychologist you can talk about junk food craving and PCOS.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.
