I am 6 feet long and 69 kg weighted 20 year old boy... I am going to gym.... And i want to gain muscles.... I have searched on google that 500 grams of raw peanuts contain around 130 grams of protein.. Which is enough for me... And also peanuts are cheap source of protein
So will it be okay if i start consuming 500 grams of raw peanuts a day???
