Sir in the morning my habit is to eat gram which is soaked in water i have eaten them but i notice that in the gram small worm were present in small hole

Do need that gram. Although if already consumed these worms get killed during digestive process but be watchful for SYMPTOMS of INFECTION like pain ABDOMEN vomitings loose motions etc Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. Have plenty of fluids coconut water etc. Fruits salads green vegetables.
