I've earwax (cerumen) in my ears. When I touch it with a cotton swab it almost feels like there is a stone in my ear. Is it normal? I've heard that earwax is essential for the ear. Should I get it cleaned?

According your pescription it is impacted wax..need to be removed by an expert...so visit an ENT specialist...
