I had a lot of ear wax in my right ear. So I went up to the doctor and he gave me ear drops for 10 days which were supposed to be put only in the right ear. Then in September, the doctor cleared only the right ear using micro suction. But after that I could hear a little "teeee" (tinnitus) voice in my right ear but it was very unnoticeable. Now in late october, whenever I go in silence or try to sleep, I hear that "teee" voice loudly in my head and only in the right ear. Will it resolve on its own? Or is it because of an injury or something? What medicine should I take?
Note: the tinnitus sound can only be heard in the right ear, the same ear from which earwax was cleared. I did not have this problem earlier after ear wax removal.
