Early stage of Bell's palsy
I had suffered from Bell's palsy 3 years back. everything become normal after 3-4 weeks cause of treatment like predinsolne etc. Now I am again facing the same but it just started like pain behind ear. I remember it was also there when first time get this problem. All I want to know that is there any kind of proper exercise so that I can prevent its occurrence again. It's just in early Stage.

It needs further evaluation. Because you are having facial nerve paralysis, and pain behind ear, indicates some ear problem causing compression on nerve. Kindly do MRI brain and skull bones or temporal bones. This would guide the doctor for permanent solution for your problem.
