What is her last period date ? B HCG  is very low. Either it can be very early pregnancy or failing gestation
Next Steps
repeat B HCG after a week & sonography at 6 weeks
Health Tips
she should take rest till the confirmation is done..... continue taking folic acid tablets

Beta hcg is very low. It could be just a biochemical pregnancy. Consult online or see a gynaecologist.
