Early pregnancy - slow rise in Hcg count
Hi My LMP : 7th July, I had spotting on 1st aug, I checked beta hcg on 7th -142 , than on 10th - 503 and than 12th - 777 Initially it got double in 40hours and now more than 72 hours It can be chemical pregnancy?

Please get a transvaginal pelvic scan done to rule out ectopic pregnancy .

Get ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and gestational sac to confirm the pregnancy location and fetal pole and cardiac activity

Go for ultrasound , localization of pregnancy is important whether it is intrauterine or extra uterine, as you are having spotting and slow rise in B HCG, to rule out ectopic pregnancy...
