I am currently undergoing antipreg treatment and it will end tomorrow. When can I take the next ultrasound to ascertain it is done? Also, is there a chance that the treatment hasn't worked?

If you are not having any bleeding , get the sonography done within 2-3 days. It could be either complete abortion , or it could also be that the foetus is dead and completely retained in the uterus. Further action has to be taken accordingly.
If bleeding is continuing you may wait for 2-3 days and get Sonography done. If it is retained products of conception then you will need a D&E.
Either way sonography is a must to see the end point.
