Early Pregnancy
Hi... My last period is 12th October,  n I took letrozole from my 3rd day..... Missed period, took bhcg on 12th Nov, attached the report for reference. Doc Confirmed my pregnancy.. I have breast pain n heavy, n I have cramping and back pain... feel heavy in bladder n heavy on Anus. Is it normal during early pregnancy.??? N is there a chance for twins.???

You are pregnant.  You are having a hyper reaction to a normal pregnancy.  It may create problems for you because you will be over-treated  which is not good for your pregnancy. And you will blame the doctor for all your troubles. Doctors can't be silent spectators when you come with hi fi symptoms every day.

Sonography will diagnose if it is single or twin  ,beta Hcg says u are pregnant

It's normal  for pregnancy. Multiple  pregnancy  can be detected by ultrasound scan.
