Early periods after taking unwanted 72
My last periods were on 25 Feb. I had protected sex on the last day on periods(29 Feb). But the condom got burst while having sex, so took unwanted 72 pill within 10 hours. But, again happened the next time and has to take the pill within 3 days span of taking the last pill. Yesterday, I experienced some lower abdomen pain and some blood  discharge so thought of it of having spotting or something. But today, I saw more bleeding and I'm not sure what it is, as my next periods date is still far. Please, can someone consult me on this and tell me what to do?
