Early Period
I usually spot right before my period and my flow starts. My period has been on time. No irregular period problem. However this time around my spotting has started 5 days earlier to my due date. Should I be worried? I have been under a lot of stress lately in life, could that contribute? And is 5 days early arrival of period spotting and flow normal?

Stress is not the reason
The gap between 2 day one of the periods can be 21 to 37

1st day of period is the day you start bleeding normally. Wait for normal bleeding to start. Nothing much to be worried about.
