Early onset dememntia
My mom is 50 years old and she is having episodes of dementia.She is a doctor and keeps forgetting names of medicines.A few days back she even forgot the name of the area where she lives.10 years back she had herpes meningitis but was cured.She has no other focal neurological deficit.

Hi Dear It would beneficial to get a detailed assessment from a neuro psychiatrist to better understand the concerns and further treatment. She might also require therapy for memory enhancement and retention.
