Early lumbar spondylosis
I have been suffering from right leg and lower back pain since years and recently got diagnosed with early lumbar spondylosis. My Dr said it's due to compressed nerve. Kindly tell me the quickest treatment as my work is suffering due to the same.

Start doing low back pain exercise. Because these pain only cure by exercise. Second do not eat lemon, rice,maze roti. Do daily massage with warm mustered  oil.
