I have severe pain in my inner ear for 4 days so I take mox 500 tablets and ibrufen but it didn't work what should I do

Clotrin Ac ear drops 2 drops twice daily for 5 days,Tab Sinarest Levo 1 tab twice daily for 5 days ,Avoid using ear buds,Consult online for further evaluation.
