I have too much of ear wax in my left ear i use ear wax diluting drops from from pharmacy. Can i get a good ear wax removal drop recommendation please. The right ear have usual flaky type but in the left ear wax is very sticky and brown in color.

You seem to be suffering from impacted wax inside your ear canal. Drops are used to soften the wax so that ENT specialist can remove it easily. There are no drops which can dissolve the wax. So you need to consult specialist for more help
