Ear, temple rear head above eye jaw pain

I am having mild headache on temple, behind ear, backside of head parallel to ear but only in left side. I feel pressure on left jaw and ear heaviness. Sometimes I feel heaviness at the third eye place and forehead above left eye. Sometimes I feel heaviness in left frontal neck but its occational and goes if I massage under ear. Inhave it from last 3 days. I saw a local doctor he gave me 2 tablets to take two times a day. Yesterday morning course got finished. But since last evening, pain and pressure again there. There is no fever, cold or any other condition. Today my mom just checked the ear wax, she said it is pack and dry. And right one seems good But there is no bleeding hearing loss or inteenal ear pain. What should I do. Can I usebany ear wax drops? I don't have any permanent ENT in my village. They come on saturday and sunday. Unfortunately today is monday.
