Hi doctor my problem is a sound in my ear. I hear light tapping sound in my ear whenever anyone talks or when I hear music. This has been happening for a year now. I have NO pain in the ear. And ear wax is more liquidy and not solid or semi solid. please advice

You are suffering from tinnitus which may be due to various reasons. Consult a good ENT specialist, get the investigations ordered by him. Need not worry about the liquid consistency of your ear wax, because it is absolutely normal.
