Currently give Paracetamol for the pain. Can give Tablet Paracetamol 500mg SOS for a 27kg child.
Further medical history such as associated symptoms and medication usage is required. Possible, please book an video consultation for the same.
If the pain is too severe, please take your child to the nearest Pediatrician equipped hospital.
